Established in 1978 and now having around 80 employees across various disciplines, PA Collacott & Co has considerable experience in providing BMS and Electrical services in the Cambridge and Oxford areas.

In May 2021, PA Collacott & Co became majority owned by its employees through an Employee Ownership Trust, along with the current management purchasing a direct stake in the business. The founding Directors remain committed to the success of the business and retain a shareholding in the Company.

PA Collacott & Co has grown substantially since being founded as a local electrical contracting company. The business model has expanded to encompass the ever-changing market of Building Energy Management Controls.

The move to being an Employee Ownership Trust brings a positive and exciting future for staff and clients alike. The focus as always will be to provide quality engineering and services to all customers. The excellent staff retention will continue to be a priority and will enable staff to benefit from their dedication and contribution to the Company.

The management team is committed to continuing the good work of the previous forty-plus years. The family ethos of the Company is used to attract new members of the team who will benefit from the excellent legacy underpinning future progression.
